Returns

All sales are final. Esthetics Perfected does not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.


Lost Package

Esthetics Perfected is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in possession of the carrier. We ship exclusively through FedEx and provide a tracking number. If you believe there has been an issue with your shipment, please contact FedEx directly with your tracking and shipping information.


Damaged or defective product

If you believe your product is damaged or defective, please send a replacement request to info@estheticsperfected.com within one week of receiving your package. Request should include: Order number, name of product, reason you a requesting a replacement, pictures of the product and packaging. You will receive a repones within five business days. If a replacement is approved you may be required to return the original product within one week of approval before a new one is sent out. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
